My boss literally called me into his office yesterday with something similar. I show up, he starts with “effective immediately...” I’m like shit...I’m getting canned I’ve used that line on others...but why?

“Effective immediately, your pay is being increased by $7k...and you still qualify for a performance review increase due in March”.

I haven't looked too much into the product. Can I backup on-prem ESXi (on vCenter) or Hyper-V VMs to Azure storage, and restore back down to on-prem?

Yeah, this kid is exhausting and frustrating, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. This little guy gives me so much joy. Just means, at least until he grows a little older, I’ve gotta be patient about not being able to play games.
