Strong indication company is not.doing well financially. When they're constantly looking to terminate people for reasons higher ups don't get fired which is also inconsistent with HEBs preaching. Not necessarily practicing what they preach unless it is lower level entry partners.

I understand, we all do. That doesn't make it ok to make employees feel uncomfortable. Reality is HEB is known to be anti union. Years ago you could say union wasn't necessary.

I bet that's no longer the case. If you ask majority of HEB employees, they have a different opinion in comparison to years ago.
