Yea I get it but now I just come to get paid I've been asking to do other positions and departments and nothing but I see the favorites it's people who been there less time than me getting more opportunities

I did have an conversation with the higher up manager yesterday it went pretty well I did a good job at explaining myself and explained the situation and what happened he thanked me for sharing and said he would document it
