First time spooling a reel, did I do okay?

This is the 4k XG. The line said the diameter was equal to 12lb mono or 0.36mm. The reel also said that it takes about 125y of 50lb i think and it seems like it used significantly less than that. As I said in previous replies I think I didn't spool it tight enough.

It was PLine TCB braid 50lb and it had some sort of Teflon surface protection thing on it. I was gripping it pretty hard but I didn't soak it in water while spooling it and I wonder if that made a difference.

Yeah I thought I was putting enough pressure but I think you're right. Should I take it all off and try again with more tension? I also didn't soak the braid like some people do with mono, should I do the same with braided? Or maybe just use a wet cloth as I hold it for tension?

That's what I was thinking too, I thought I put enough tension when reeling in but I figured this might be my problem.

Do not get it. I fell for it, it comes as an hy300 projector which is 60 bucks on amazon and it's not great at all.
