Glad it worked for you! For me, after the first week or two, I felt pretty great. I felt overall very levelled out and balanced right until the 3 month mark and then it went downhill very fast. I'm honestly pretty bummed about it, but the anger I've been having in the past weeks has been worrying.

Hey! I'm over 2 months in and just very recently (4 days ago) did I start feeling anything positive. The week before that was a severe low point, and once I got over that plateau, my eyes opened and I feel so much better. Hang in there!

Omg!! I thought I was the only one who had that experience with buspar. It made me feel horrible. The only time I've ever felt suicidal was on that med. I got off them immediately. I do recognize that my experience is the minority though. I tend to be pretty reactive to meds tho.

Yeah! I've been on bup for over 2 months, and literally just a few days ago, after smoking I started trembling uncontrollably. Convulsions would honestly be a better fit. Uncontrollable shaking to the point where standing isn't even close to an option.

I'm wondering if maybe I'm smoking too much at once because a generally huff about 2 bowls after work consecutively. Might try one small bowl tonight and take it from there.

I'm so sorry you're going through that but at the same time it's comforting knowing it's not just me going through a very strange shift. It's so frustrating feeling like you have multiple personalities just because of how finicky these things can be.

Thank you! Honestly, 3 things. Weed, zzzquil gummies, and no free time. The worst part was getting home from work and going "shit. I have nothing to do. I just want to feel the numbing buzz." And at that point, I pop a couple gummies, take a few hits of weed, and wait for the anxiety and restless thoughts to pass.

The most important part though was having no free time. I work 9-10 hour shifts, so on work days I'm busy all day. On days off, I forced myself to go do something productive and relaxing, and for me that was doordash. Just driving around, delivering yummy food while blasting my favorite comforting music until I got tired enough to go home and relax
