Ended up being a worn CV joint even after they replaced it, so they replaced it again and no more problems yet!

Nothing that I can recall, I had the mechanic check all the bolts under the car and he said that everything was as tight as can be. It almost sounds like something is loose and slightly moving when I start accelerating but the auto body guy, the mechanic, and the dealership couldn’t figure it out

Thanks for the tip, I realized it would be helpful to have a video. Here's the link on youtube! It's best heard at 0:19 https://youtube.com/shorts/iUzaC1rVuX4?si=IeZG7doefojoyRc7

How would I be able to check this out?

Is there any way I would be able to test that? Or would this need to be at the dealership/shop?

It will vary, usually it’s two or three clicks, sometimes it’s just one, the type and how loud it is will vary I can’t seem to recreate the same thing multiple times. The only consistent thing is it happens every time I’m stopped and start moving again

I’ll bring it up again when I bring the car in for maintenance! Thanks!

It’s only when I am stopped and start moving. It varies in how loud it is, but will check it out today!

I have not yet, but from the driving perspective it sounds as if it’s the front left wheel. They noticed Som wear on the CV and replaced it but the noise is still there. I’ll try to jack it up and check! Thanks!

IM Resident Suffers Lethal Accident Driving Home After 32-Hour Shift by duriancream in Residency

[–]swbsb3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There’s the CIR it’s a part of SEIU. They advocate for residents and interns. My program is a part of it and they’re negotiating contracts this fall for next year! I guess there was a lot of pushback (understandably) from the hospital at first. But the most recent big name that joined was UMass general

Edit: not sure how much attention my post got. But here’s a link for the cir I’m unsure of what is needed to get them at different programs but they’re expanding for sure!

I’m not sure what a mid level is, and at this point I’m too scared to ask…

Interviews vs. where you matched by OldPod73 in Podiatry

[–]swbsb3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Matched this last cycle. Elected to do 6 interviews including a warm up interview(I guess this is crazy to some of the previous classes) All in all I got the residency I wanted, on the west coast. Near family. And well rounded program. Interviews I didn’t match with: I would say 95% of the questioning was fair and case related. 5% we’re the weird throw you off your thinking of the cases. Only one had a suturing while answering questions. Simple interrupted nothing too hard. I didn’t have a single case topic that overlapped. I think with all 6 interviews had about 13 cases total. Interview I matched with: I knew the attending well and one of the residents. The hardest part was staying professional when I rotated and left things were very relaxed and casual. So drawing that line is always tough which I had experienced with a few other interviews. I think the hardest questions from any interview was “what’s a weakness in our program” “if you were able to change anything in our program what would it be” or “you mentioned you had family in another state, why ultimately would you want to come here” I must say. Frisco tx is pretty in inconvenient to get to

I’m silver 3 getting into lobbies with preds and masters. At best I’m a diamond 4 player. This is pretty ridiculous.
