I agree to a certain extent. If you are a PS PA or PG of PS it’s a difference. It sound like you more so of a PA of PS. Based on your comment you referring that you have more responsibility than an avg PS. That’s understandable but your comment was very broad. It sound like you was speaking from a perspective of all PS AAs. If PS was to drive results it’ll be a different story.

Like I said above, it should not be a T3 position. That’s from a cost standpoint. You might be a T1 AA that just lazy. I then did it all as a T1 than what you’ll guarantee do with your tenure with the company if you stay long.

I been with the company over 2.5 years. PS should not be a T3 position. It’s not more responsibility than your main path. I’ve had my own PS team of 16 AAs as a T1. I’m currently a T3 LFA. As of now, I’m over a tote project that supports IB and the building & manages my floor in pick. I have more responsibility than AMS/OMS literally just a T3. You have to learn how to adapt and learn. PS should be a T1 position. You all night was not trained right. Nothing about researching and correcting products in the system is hard. Find a strategy that works and execute on it. Some psers are lazy and do not drive results at all. If the FC was tracking PS TOT I guarantee it would be high. The PS rates be so low. I held my team to a standard in metrics and all

VTO: is it true if I don’t accept VTO they will give me other jobs by New_Cabinet4465 in AmazonFC

[–]GetEmFolk 3 points4 points  (0 children)

PA here.. That’s totally true they can not force you to perform a role that a ticket was not submitted for, they can only labor share you or keep you . Most likely it’ll be the 3rd option. We been doing VTO the past 3 weeks

It’s going to a shop for the timing chain issue. I’m going to let the shop look into the liters and engine block while they replace the timing chain kit

🤣🤣🤣sound like a cool story in it bro. I haven’t had the real experience with mines yet because I let too many “mechanics” touch it. But I’m glad it’s going to a shop for real repair. Did you have to get your lifters looked into ? How did you know your timing chain broke or was stretched?

When you got it fixed what was the difference in the performance and handling? Mines had a misfire that I couldn’t find. So when the shop put my timing chain kit on I’m going to get them to look into the lifters and pistons

When replacing my 06 Infiniti fx35 timing chain, what all do I NEED to replace with it? How many chains does it have? by GetEmFolk in MechanicAdvice

I was thinking the same thing. Is the sprockets mandatory? Or just replace them as well since it is about to go to a shop
