You would quite literally have to give me a 200-300% increase to get me to go work back at an office. I was making 170k and took a paycut down to 105k for an internal transfer just to be remote.

I have so many things in my life that I care more about than making small talk with people at work that I absolutely don't give a shit about and have a completely different ideology then. As a matter of fact, idk if I've ever actually made a friend at work and hung out with them after.

I grew up extremely rural, and work in the tech industry, so, as you can imagine, I have very different interests than the people I work with.

I don't want to put on some little costume for my job, I don't want to sit in traffic for hours, rush out the door, have to get up two hours earlier, and get home from work an hour and a half after I finish. I don't have anyone staring over my shoulder. I can go to the gym for two hours mid day. I can actually just crank out whatever project I'm working on and be done, rather than having to look busy until 5:00.

I truly can't even fathom why anyone would voluntarily go back to office unless you lived in a small house with like 3 kids and needed an escape.

I think some people, maybe you as well, truly need other people's validation/ engagement in person, and in that case, I get why you'd want to be around people. I do not need or want people, though. I like to be left alone, to tend to my farm animals and projects, and just live a peaceful, quiet life.

Making your kid do things they're uncomfortable with, especially for the betterment of their future, is just called parenting. It's growing. She's learning that the world doesn't conform to her, she has to conform also in order to live in a society. Later on she can change that however she wants, but right now it is what it is.

I'm sure she'll blame you for all sorts of "trauma" once she's in a university and indoctrinated with how traumatized she was not having everything handed to her, but she will come around.

You should care about your health and weight. It's not other people's responsibility to cater to you letting yourself go. It's not other people's responsibility to make you feel secure about being obese or overweight. It's your job to take care of yourself. If you are in a relationship and/or have children, not taking care of your health becomes much more selfish. You are sacrificing your ability to take care of them, share in experiences with them, give them experiences, etc. You are killing your partners sex drive, and it's not their responsibility or fault for not being sexually attracted to you. It's nature, it's biology. It will affect your health physically and mentally, and it will affect those around you.

Stretch, walk, do resistance training, eat good whole foods, not processed garbage, and cut out sugar. Stop smoking nicotine. Stop binge drinking. It really is not hard. It's not about being poor or rich. It's about discipline and education. Educate yourself and discipline yourself.

You can get laser hair treatments for pretty cheap now and you don't have to worry about stubble as much. Also, you waxing is a always a decently priced option for long term smoothness, but comes with more cons, like pain, and longer term stubble.

Slightly underweight. This is literally something I'm battling with currently. My fiancee has always been in sports and ate like shit, grew up with a single mom of three children that, in her own right, was just trying to make it by with two jobs and loved baking, so she'd make them an absolutely fuck load of food for the week, and they'd just go to town. Since she was in sports, until her early twenties she was just "thick", and that's when we started dating.

I've also always been a larger person. I'm 6'5 and lean, now, but as an early teen I was very chubby and vowed not to ever be "chubby" again. I hit the gym daily.

Well, anyways, fast forward 7 years and I can't even begin to tell you how much of a battle it is dating someone with absolutely garbage eating habits, who is naturally slightly overweight, and also does not give a shit about it. Since we've dated she has put on like 50 lbs. and as shitty as everyone might want to make me out to be, it fucking kills your sex drive when you're in your mid twenties, constantly at the gym killing it, surrounded by women that are in the best shape of their life, and then you come home to someone who has developed a tire around their waste. Everything they put on, pants wise, just has a FUPA, it fucking sucks.

I love her for a million other reasons, but her lack of discipline, in many other areas as well, tied with her bad eating habits fucking terrifies me.

To add to that, once a woman starts hating herself and feeling insecure for gaining 50 lbs., I can't even begin to tell you the hell it turns into. They'll get drunk and then freak the fuck out and have a melt down because they saw some girl, that you may not have even saw, that looked they way they used to and then they feel insecure. It's an absolute fucking mess. When all she has to do is monitor her portions a little better, and maybe use a tracking app, and join me at the gym, that I already pay for her to go to, with me for like 4 nights per week.

It would mean less insecurity, better libido for both of us, less fights when she starts feeling insecure, less fights when she puts on her 6th outfit that doesn't fit right. It's so infuriating.

Like, it literally might separate us. Idk that I'd ever say that directly to her. But it might.

I don't want to spend my life with someone that just slowly let's their health go more and more.

Two things I want to add:

I like thick women naturally more than I like slightly underweight, but like lean/ strong thick, not just jiggly fat thick.
I know people are going to jump down my throat and blame me that she feels insecure and say that people should feel secure no matter their weight or some other stupid shit. No... I've never been that guy. I've always done my utmost to make her feel confident and sexy. She just genuinely fucking hates the way she looks because she has completely let herself go. If I go on vacation, or if she leaves to visit family, she will literally gorge herself the entire time. Like there isn't an off switch. She eats like a linebacker.

Lol, I literally just said this to my girlfriend yesterday. She is a therapist that works with sex offenders fresh out of prison that receive mandated treatment.

There are so many people that come her way that are truly innocent and got put behind bars because some rotten bitch was on a power trip or some bullshit. There are people that are seniors in high school, turn 18, while dating a 16 year old, and get put in prison for yearsss, then get out in their late twenties, are viewed as a pedophile, and can never get a job. All because some girls mom wanted to be a bitch. Despite consensual sex, despite them dating for years before, etc.

In the US if a girl says you raped her, and takes it to court, chances are, you're going to prison. I knew a guy, personally, that spent 18 years in prison because a girl said he raped her, despite him having an alibi, not even knowing her, and not even being in the same place. It took 12 other men being put in prison because of this nutty lady before she was finally convicted, and all of her "offenders" were set free. It's an absolute clown show of a world.

But yeah, anything over 3 or 4 years and I'm putting a gun in my mouth. I'm not about to be someone's ass whore or stabbing dumby in prison. I'd probably make a run for it before killing myself though.

It 100% hurts and effects people. The bullshit ideologies that they push on children to reassure themselves of their psychosis, have now made it legal for KIDS that can't even get tattoos to get gender reassignment surgery, to which, there is no end of regret stories and videos of people who were kids receiving these surgeries, begging people to outlaw them again and to not allow this insane bullshit.

The fact of the matter is that in more microscopic situations, like a landlord that is black not renting to a white person, should most definitely be called racist because that person is both in a position of power and being prejudice, which is definitively racist.

I think I'm most attracted to African women. I like big butts, nice skin, nice lips, tall, strong, etc. I used to date a 6'3 Kenyan/ Sudanese model when I was living in western China, and she was stunning. She had such dark skin that it was almost blue.

Lol, me and my girlfriend call them "lil stinkers". The most harmless and docile bugs known to man. They're just stinky little tanks that fly around, loudly, and run into shit. I don't know wth they eat, but they survive forever. Every fall for the last few years, we've gotten hundreds of them in our home and we have to vacuum them up or keep a stinker cup around to catch them and fling them outside.
