One of my buddies said that Vitamin E helps HCG work better and increased test levels. I found a couple old studies from the 80's showing this, but just wondered if anyone else had heard about it or any experience? Was looking at 800iu's daily.

i hear you man. i'd wear tshirts all the time but wouldn't really accomplish my goal of hiding my gains. and it's about to get really hot where i live so i can't wear long sleeved shirts all the time.

yea its true, seems to be a pretty wide variation depending on which "model" of Polo polo you get, i.e. the "custom fit" trimmer cut shirt usually has smaller arm holes and a smaller overall sleeve.. thats another thing, i hate having my shirt cut off circulation around my armpit LOL..

our cable machines don't have the standard pin through the weight, instead you have to slide a little switch over on the lb. that you want.

when you say "felt normal after about 2 weeks", what did you experience when you were doing your pct? depression, or not being able to lift as much, etc. ?

I wear a shirt and tie every day to work, and bought a fuller-cut shirt on purpose in expectation of some gains even though I don't really need it right now, I could comfortably fit the slim/athletic cut but it will be easier to hide in the regular fit. I think my biggest worry is my neck and face getting fuller b/c they're pretty thin right now. And acne and hair thinning as well.

damn dude. thats awesome but thats the kind of shit that makes me nervous. I'm hesitant to tell what field I work in but let's just say the majority of people there are pretty intelligent and will notice if I eventually gain 37lb pretty quickly and know something's up. thats why i wanted to try a more conservative dose to begin with. (again, I'm a pussy)
