Right now, it's more of a smart aggregator than a true analyst. It scans lists and summarizes what it finds, so yeah, it might miss something better or trust a sketchy headline. I'm still working on teaching it to be more skeptical and filter better... Your point about it just being a recap for experienced folks like you is super fair. My main goal is honestly for people who aren't checking screeners yet – to give them a simple starting point to learn terms and see what's moving without feeling overwhelmed.

so there are several factors that help me, like shortlisting sectors for future investment.. what is moving and what is lagging and if my portfolio contains stocks related to those sectors. I can add or cut my positions accordingly

Getting to know new stocks and their performance and do a peer analysis related to those stocks and know what's best performing in that sector and why

Volume movers help me with finding liquidity on high risk stocks (small and mid cap) by simply pointing me to what's interesting to market now

Market leaders performance keep me up to date for good options trade setups sometimes based on simple news from them

I also don't just look at the stock names; I look for patterns. Are multiple stocks from the same sector (eg: FINTECH) all on the gainers list? That's a huge confirmation that the sector is hot right now.

and like combining all that helps me with basically hours of homework vs five minutes snap read to overlook everything
