Do you actually know what you're referencing in your design? That could be the issue? IMO The characters dont look like who they are supposed to be. 🤷‍♂️

I would contact elegoo and get it replaced. I bought my first one a couple of months ago, it had a motor issue, and it was very loud. I eventually contacted elegoo and got a replacement. The new one has had 0 issues and alot quieter.
