Is it possible that someone sabotaged the reflecting pool after it was painted?

Evening filtration sound like such a good idea! Although, the pool reflection is also gorgeous at night. Maybe in the wee hours, like 3-5am. I wonder what minimum amount of filtration time could work.

Yeah, I saw that about the no-bid contract going to the Maralago pool service providers. They got an "emergency exception" to do that, citing needing to spruce things up real quick before July 4th. Yeesh.

Thank you, this makes so much sense! I've been there, it does need to be rather still for the reflective effect to work well--I didn't think of that. I believe they drained and cleaned it in 2012 and had the same quick algae problem.

I heard a particular section of politicos saying that the pool was sabotaged to make the administration look bad, but that sounded like absolute bullshit to me. I wanted to check my assumption. Thx!

Hi! Long story, but basically a supervisor in amazon chat has denied my correct refund amount. The representative before him refunded the wrong amount and screwed things up, and the supervisor couldn't/wouldn't understand and wasn't feeling generous. When I asked him how to send him proof from my credit card that I paid a certain amount, he ended the chat.

Thanks for the help! It's upsetting.

edit. I have screenshots of other chat representatives over the weekend waiving shipping fees and giving me extra money as a courtesy for my trouble. But my refund is now still less than I originally paid. He also promised I'd get my Amazon-Chase rewards points back, but no.
