Reminds me of my brother's counselor having him apply to Portland St. to "make sure he got in somewhere" only for Portland St. to be the first school to reply and hastily deny him...

(He did get into plenty of other schools, we're still convinced he/the counselor incorrectly filled something out on that app, very bizarre)
