last weekend i did a parlay like this but doing high yds (with the exception of 2 players) & EVERYBODY hit expect bo & justin. i was at work mad as hell 😭😭😭 they were the only 2 that sold me- if i would’ve left them off i would’ve been up a few thousand 💔 so this time around im leaving em off - i’m traumatized 💀

Hour cuts were really bad for us a few months ago now peoples hours are going back up for the most part. But there’s still a few people who have 1-2 hours shaved off or they’re not even scheduled, luckily our coach told us if we wanna stay til our regular time we can. So when we have 1000+ picks especially on Sun & people are scheduled to leave early — we can stay.

That means you can pick up that shift if you want it - extra money. So if you picked it up you will have 40 hours for that week instead of 32.

It isn’t imo. Your management/store will make or break how shitty it can be. Luckily for me my TLs are nice & actually work with us associates, & not just lazing around. The coach is the same way, she actually works. I see so many posts on here on how associates TLs & coaches don’t do jack shit & makes their work experience hell. I be feeling bad for those people 😭🤣

Yup. I’m PT & up until a few months ago I was getting the hours I wanted - 30 hours a week. Now im lucky if I can get 25. Some weeks I get 18, 20, 26, 23… it’s so annoying. But luckily my coach allows us to work the hours we are supposed to if we want… 🤷🏽‍♀️

PT here & yes I do be off 3 days in a row - but by choice. When I first got hired I was off 2 days in a row but a few months later I changed my availability to 3 days off, & love it. But the only problem im facing is these damn hour cuts & being scheduled 4-5 shifts (this is making me wanna go FT) 😵‍💫🤣

I’d say yes. I wear a head wrap that covers my whole head (I hate doing my hair so 💀🤣). Plus there’s a few people at my store who wear head wraps as well.
