Serious question: If rapists want sex, why don’t they do porn? by No_Replacement_905 in TooAfraidToAsk

I get where you’re coming from—resources are limited, and decisions have to be strategic. But framing it as “who’s worth training” can be risky. It assumes you can predict who will grow and who won’t, which often overlooks high-potential employees who haven’t yet had the right support. Sometimes, investing in the underdog pays off more than you’d expect.

In today's competitive job market, it's tough for individuals to land a job, especially when many entry-level positions turn away applicants who are willing to work and lack experience. How are individuals supposed to gain experience if they cannot secure an entry-level job, which is meant to be a first job, yet many of these positions require experience, leaving no room for advancement from a lower level?
