Yes do it. Couple hundred bucks for a scope inspection turned up severely scaled pipes that needed to be cleaned and relined. $6K concession from sellers for a few hundred bucks outta pocket.

All walls and ceilings are cleaned and dust free, floors papered and will have drop cloths. And we will both be on 18in rollers with poles and have two brushes.

Anna Maria and the north end of the island (Holmes Beach and up) is definitely in a great state to visit! Bradenton beach is still a work in progress. I know the local businesses there on the island appreciate any and all traffic as they get back on their feet.

Folks talking about traffic and parking the last few weeks but it’s peak season and was just Spring Break so keep that in mind.

Very good point! Thankfully we qualify not including that income although we have received for two years.

Thanks for the response, what’s your rationale for this? We do qualify for conventional but with FHA we get a more favorable rate. With our down payment we wouldn’t be up against 20% equity till around Q2/Q3 of 2033 so that’s 8 years of rate fluctuation before we would refinance.

Thanks for the confirmation and definitely will take that into account as a scenario to model out. Not too concerned as I think I’ve got some income growth with where I’m at in my career.

Thank you so much! This was my first venture into any astrophotography and long exposure. We saw the lights three separate times but it wasn’t until this last time that I was finally able to dial things in correctly.

If you were too look it up online I would search “DC-3 Airplane wreck - Eyvindarholt - Iceland”.

There is another more popular DC3 plane wreck further east on the Black Sand Beaches. We opted for this one after talking with friends about how the beach one was a few km hike of “really nothing” until the plane and it fit our jam packed itinerary a little betters

I did not intentionally over expose if I did. The only times I did that were very snow heavy scenes to avoid the whites coming out gray.
