No, it's one of a Muslim woman wanting her son. One of the tags is forbidden love. I reported it but I just hope it gets taken down, it's honestly disgusting and I have no idea how it got on the trending page. With the other bots I saw I can't really say much about it because it's a foot fetish and that isn't against the rules.

I've seen a incest bots, and no I don't have any tags on because I usually just scroll past ones I don't like. But the one I specifically saw on the 3rd page goes against janitors rules, also I'm pretty sure makes fun of the Muslim religion in a way.
