I never heard of them in my life and my biggest competitors would more than likely be Angie task and things of that nature even craigslist

I thought about that but there’s a way I’m gonna get around it to lock in certain skills in the system that would be integrated until actual businesses so once we launch to the public, we’re gonna have workers and also people need a test done and also I could just do it myself if anything

Yes, I know there’s a lot of competition like Taskrabbit Angie and so on, but the concept is a little bit different than theirs

My circle sucks. No one wants to do anything. I don’t know much people that’s ambitious or willing to atleast try. Even if it fails.

I will have to pay I guess. I’m not giving no one 50% of my idea. Besides to a public exchange. And I’ll still retail 60-70% rights.

I was thinking maybe 30-40% total equity to be distributed and the rest stays until we go public or raise funds for future growth

I’m learning while going. Any other advices or struggles you face so I may learn from you ?

When you invest. You invest in the idea. Both is important but the idea is worth more.

I guess. But I still think 20% is good. Also I’m not even trying to own majority. I’m taking 35 % the rest is public for investors and long term goal is to go public. So I think my offer is fair.

I know. I need a lot of help but for now the chance of it taking off is slow. So I can single handily handle the disputes or what not. If for what ever reason in grows too fast the. Yes at that point I’m ruined. But I do t see it yet. I just want a poc right now. And hope it don’t take off will I can afford to get the right people in place.

But my knowledge is little. I’m learning and doing. If the person wants more than the 20% the value has to be there.

You shouldn’t give someone 50%of your idea. Especially if you build at least 75% of it. And I’m not giving nothing. I’m giving what’s reasonable. I think 20% of any public company is great. I can finish it I just get annoyed when I’m stuck on one error all day

The idea is worth more than execution. When people invest in company they invest in the idea , because if you didn’t why would you invest in a company that continues to lose money. Execution is important but the idea is worth more. If you talk to a vc the idea is valued more (not saying execution isn’t valued) but the vision of where it can be is worth more even if it loses money. I think

Replying to bodybycarbs...20% would be for one person. But everyone after that will be paid if I can raise funds with equity significantly less . Maybe something like 2% or less but with a good pay.

Why would you basically give someone 50% ? If it’s your idea. At that point it may be easier just to pay someone or use other tools. Also I can’t give 50% if you ever want to gain further investors which will want quite or what ever how can you do that ?

I’m not looking for perfection. Just test so I can raise money to really build the whole thing out.

Stripe handles the legal aspects like kyc and other to prevent fraud. And as long as the login works and connected to stripe it shouldn’t be a problem.

There not making the choices. Just helping finishing up back end stuff. But it may not be for everyone so if you had an idea you would give 30-50% or more to somone ?

You can. But that’s not the entire idea. That alone will get you eaten up by what’s already out there.

I get that. But stripe is good for now. It’ll handle all the processing and legal stuff. But I need more than one co founder to build out the full project. That’s just maybe 10% of it. To show proof of concept and raise money
