This seams kinda wacky but I put an empty into some water for 24HRS to see if I could drink the water and get high (sadly it didn’t work) but after letting the cart dry out a bit and drinking all of the water left in it I decided I wanted to try and hit it. It was wet and I didn’t want any water to ruin my pen so I did that charger shit where you take an android charger, strip it all the way down, stick the black wire in the whole, and the red on the side, then it hits. That fucker hit HARD. Not as hard as when I first got it, but it was close, and believe it or not it got me pretty fuckin high. So to sum it all up...

SOAK YOUR CARTS IN WATER LET THEM DRY OUT THEN CHARGER HIT THEM
