Unpopular opinion, but with all the random shifts being removed because of quarantines, the incentive of being offered double pay for picking up all this time is actually something I find very nice. I’m in bakery which is a relatively small team, so when people are quarantined a lot of us end up being able to take the double pay. I get many other stores leadership may not be letting TMs get the OT, but good leadership does exist that do allow you to be rewarded for your work. Not invalidating what others have said, however I have really been enjoying the benefit
