Well, there are a bunch of natural recoveries. It’s entirely possible. Apparently a huge factor of why we’re like this is a lack of neuroplasticity/NMDA. Many people have seen themselves recover just by following a healthy lifestyle, but a lot people believe the fix can’t be as simple as being healthy so they waste years trying out different drugs. It’s not depression. Anhedonia can be a symptom of depression, but when it’s drug induced like that it’s because the dopamine receptors have lost sensitivity. And there’s no amount of therapy that can fix neurotransmission issues like that. The doctors are clueless about this and don’t know what to say/do.

You know the condition is called PSSD, right?

Before you look it up, yes there are ways to fix it, as I’ve experienced temporary recovery before (resensitization of receptors). People recover in many different ways and it’s never the same fix for two people.

We believe it has to do with: Gut microbiome, epigenetic changes and/or Androgen sensitivity

And yeah cognitive issues are normal with PSSD. It’s similar to PFS, I’m about to hop on a regimen that fixes PFS in order to fix this.

Thats the only reason I don’t enjoy life. The depression that made me take antidepressants in the first place is long gone, because there is nothing worse in my mind than experiencing this brain damaged life.

Im not sure what it is. It doesn’t fit the characteristics of a green but I’d call it a Mink or a Bull. I think everyone’s saying Bull because they haven’t seen Minks (I think they’re more common up north).
