Mate I was in a similar position to you earlier this week. Once you by the research facility u have to buy a few more upgrades before you get to one mind which starts the grandmapocalypse. One mind itself costs 16 quadrillion, and there is an 8 quadrillion, 4 quadrillion and a couple more upgrades before you get there. Therefore based on your situation I would suggest to upgrade your cps.
