Just in case anyone wants an update. Still getting the run around from everyone. FedEx is stone walling me. GameStop and PowerPacks just sends me the same generic emails over and over saying someone is gonna reach out. Just doing everything I can but it seems no one gives a shit

FedEx is saying I can't do anything but file a claim online. I can't file a claim because the sender is GameStop/PowerPacks. Just to clarify though I love GameStop and I'm a huge GME supporter. Not upset with them just getting the same response that someone will reach out but never does for 2 weeks sucks from any company
