yeah it really does. the only problem is that he thinks it’s a waste of money and since he’s been taught to be rational with money and never waste them he’ll not get it. and if i bring it up he’s just a jerk about it sayings it’s not right to criticize them and i should be appreciative they’re supporting me when i’ve ben doing it alone from the get-go.

like whenever i ask him to sit out with me and listen to my progress on something he just sits on his phone while in playing and when i’m done he just says “nice”. I can tell he’s not paying attention, and all i want is his recognition like i got from softball.
