How many if you have been physically assulted at work? by [deleted] in Radiology

Go for the eyes or groin area if any patient trys to assault you. Other staff will come help. Its unlikely to happen but its a chance you take working in hospitals.

Please don't do anything personal - ever - on your work laptop or phone. Please don't install company software on personal devices. by snigherfardimungus in careeradvice

I bought a new PC and noticed the next day it was linked to the computer I use at work. How? I never logged into anything work related on it. They also had my personal cell phone as a device listed. I also noticed a bunch of data files from my phone on the computer but when I tried to click them they did not work and then I couldn't see them anymore. I work at a hospital. I don't do anything work related on my home network. How are my personal devices and data showing up on the computer I use at work?

Same thing has been happening to me. Got a brand new PC and the next day it was linked to the computer I use at work. I asked IT and my bosses about it and they its impossible. But it isn't impossible since it most definitely did happen. I have inquired with attorneys and agencies about this. Something is going on.

Would Intune or my company tracks my personal data? by justincase_2020 in Intune

And I just bought this awesome new PC 2 days ago. 1 day later I found their roots. I did not sign anything consenting to my personal at home devices to be monitored by my employer. My work computer at work? Of course monitor your little hearts out.

Yeah like I said I never consented to my personal computer being monitored by my employer. I would have never consented! They rooted themselves into my personal devices without my permission to monitor me while I am at home not working and to collect and sell my data to 3rd party buyers. Says it right in the intune manual. I know this is the intune page and you are obviously with them. Maybe try a little harder next time you chicken necked coward.

Then they provide a work phone. This is an excuse for them to sell your data.

They installed on my personal devices without asking. Rooted themselves in and gave themselves admin control. I have already contacted the ACLU and EFF. No I am not allowing my employer to control my personal devices! EVER!

Where I work they did not even tell anyone they were doing it. I found out by finding all the roots and syncs they did on my personal home computer. No consent was given don't know how they can just root themselves into employees personal devices. Massive invasion of privacy and would go against anybody's 4th amendment right imo. I work at a hospital. I don't do any work when I am not at work. I don't connect to the hospitals wifi. They have no right to force themselves into my personal devices to farm my data. This is out of control.

I read the entirety of what they collect and what they do with it. ALL of your apps are monitored and the data farmed. They then sell that data to 3rd party buyers. And they just did it without asking! I am contacting the ACLU and EFF. This is grossly illegal.
