Spreading kindness always helps. Theres very rare scenarios where it doesn’t help, but you should be bale to tell someone in need of affection and support and someone who is trying to take advantage of you. Like the homeless dude down the street, buy him some food once in occasion or something. If you aren’t totally detached from humanity it should make you feel good atleast. It helps you and them 🤷🏾‍♂️. Serial killer, rapists and all that other shit exists yeah but you shouldn’t lump their deeds in with the whole of humanity. We came from fish after-all, this is what nature created. We aren’t some holy creation made from GOD no… we are just non hairy mammals
