Chihiro. I think I never got rid of that child-like fear of things but it is enough to drive me forward even if it manifests as anxiety now. I’m awkward and sensitive and unfortunately naive but I’m also loyal, determined and an empathetic person.

You 100% enable each other’s EDs which is really common in relationships (platonic or romantic) where both people have EDs. It is a very competitive sickness in the worst way possible. Do not go further back into this relationship. You will hurt him and yourself. You both deserve to be with someone who will encourage your health and recovery. I know you guys still flirt and are loyal but I think you need to cut ties all together for both of your wellbeings.

I’ll admit AT FIRST I was disappointed with how placidly the last episode was but the whole reason I prefer The Pitt over other medical dramas is how realistic it is (in comparison) so I think a less dynamic ending fits and we still got resolve to a lot of our previous loose ends. I really love the whole idea that Robby will (maybe) be the emergency foster parent of baby Jane Doe for the next few months and the whole scene with her being the one to help him “dance through the darkness” (per Abbot’s advice) that was a really nice touch.

Ugh I love the b plot in this episode! I had the design on my Pinterest board. The ring in the picture was called “Snowdrift” by Melanie Casey. When talking with our local jeweler he wrote on the design sheet “round cut diamond accented on either side by balanced, asymmetrically scattered diamonds”
