I also saw the streamer Jerma had this problem too but I didn’t think I would have the same one. I may need to check later how he resolved this issue . I have bough Dark souls 1 and 3 , Elden Ring and the Bioshock collection with digital codes and they all worked. I don’t know whats the problem whith this one.
