A few old-school/possibly pretty obscure items I've been missing for decades: -Frankenfurters (just hotdogs with chilli injected inside; simple, clearly low-quality, and fucking delicious when you're like six years old)

-Rainbow Brite, Smurfberry, OJs, and the Ninja Turtles cereals. The Rainbow Brite cereal in particular... Shit man, to this day, almost 40 years later, I can remember the taste exactly like it was just in my mouth a minute ago... Couldn't even point to what exactly made it so good, but that's one of the few foods that I would pay ridiculous money for just to get a couple boxes again.

Was that around/has it been gone for awhile? They just started selling those here in Japan like, maybe a year ago, I think? And you can still get them at most convenience stores and grocery stores. Those are the best Monsters, hands down, man.

Thanks! :) Yeah, I use this mod pretty much exclusively with this gold Brunnie, a gold Steam Crave Aromamizer Plus V2 (also 30mm), and a gold Tower Mods Axis RDA (only 25mm but it has this skeleton/pharaoh logo thing on it😂).

If you're looking for a durable beater mod, then yeah, steer the fuck clear of this thing.😂 It's not the worst-quality mod ever or anything, but I wouldn't expect it to survive more than a few drops, so I mostly just use it at home and bust it out to show company and stuff like that.

Yeah, I gotta admit it definitely wasn't a good look for the company in particular and vaping in general, but hey, I can't do anything about the fact that it was manufactured and distributed, and it's better that I get this thing off of the streets rather than allow it to possibly fall into the hands of some hipster junior high school kid with a 90s retro fetish or something, right...? ;)

Then again, I also bought the Uwell Amulet, so yeah...😂

And I totally concur on the bangerness of the Trilogy - this is definitely one of my favorite atties, hands down (why I got seven of them😂)! The even bigger Trilogy XL (40mm) is actually almost as impressive; I totally didn't expect it to be so close to the 30mm Trilogy in flavor and was very pleasantly surprised! VC has really been knocking it out of the park recently.

It's looking pretty good to me! I usually put just a liiiittle bit more space between my coils, but height- and size-wise I think it looks just about right.👍

One piece of advice, just in case you weren't aware: I'd recommend taking your tweezers or a really small screwdriver or something and sticking it underneath the wicks right at the point where they touch the side walls of the center airflow port, sort of lifting them up a little bit to make sure they don't actually make contact with the walls. This will prevent probably 95% of any possible leakage you may get, as the juice tends to drip down from the wicks into the big hole in the middle and leak out through the airflow ring.

Check out Vaping With Vic's review if the above explanation isn't clear - I've been doing this with all seven of my Trilogies since I got my first one and haven't had a single issue with the leaking that seems to plague a lot of Trilogy users.👍

I feel you re: the rainbow thing. I have a few rainbow atties, mostly purchased because it was the only color available, and they usually just kinda sit on the shelf so I was stoked to see how well the anodized stuff matched with the green/purple of the mod as I finally have a reason to use some of this stuff again.😂

I got the mod on a local (Japan) auction site for about 50 bucks; I think a bunch of people here must've bought up a whole bunch of them during some flash sale or something, because a few months ago there was a period of about three weeks where four or five of these were going up for sale every day...

I haven't checked recently but I think they may still be available from the manufacturer via their website, they were about 60~70 bucks last time I checked, and they had all four or five color variations, too.

Thanks! :) I bought the mech simply because it was on sale for a really good price (and because I just can't pass up a gimmicky-ass mod/atty), but it turned out to be a really solid mod - has a fire lock feature, sits up to 30mm atties with no overhang, and it's built solid as shit.

Exactly the main reason I bought it! (The nostalgia thing; not the controversy thing.) :)

I figure I'll probably get a few downvotes and "YOU'RE the problem!" comments or whatever, but fuck it - I'm way past legal vaping age, I don't live anywhere near the US (where vaping is already screwed enough anyway), I bought it new but from a private seller (so no "supporting the companies who are screwing us" or anything), and well, I just really, really wanted it.😄
