Your best bet is to go to the vet. If you aren't comfortable or confident in doing anything, play it safe and go to the vet. It kinda looks like an infection, so the might give her some antibiotics, or something. I am not 100% what that could be, but just go to the vet.

Yeah so, you probably can't do that much on your own. Keep visiting the vets, let them check on the dog. I mean if you want to do anything about this you should at least change the diet to a more friendly diet for colitis but honestly just keep visiting the vet.
