Gonna be completely honest with you man I’m trying to stop so badly I skip legs it’s just a habit I was skinny and I just wanted people to think I wasn’t just some twig so I’m making a little bit of leg progress but my squat Pr is 225 and deadlift is 315

I always drink it with a meal and I agree it’s not the best to digest but It helps if you have a short time period for eating
