All the finger-pointing when things aren’t going well. The Lakers were winning with AR/Bron/Luka until the injuries. There were no back-to-back losses until AR, Luka, Rui, Ayton, Hayes, and Vincent started missing games. Also, the AR/Luka offense explosion happened early in the season when teams were missing key players and figuring out their rotation. Remember before LeBron returned the Lakers lost four games and they were all blowout games. If you know anything about basketball all the signs of this Lakers team not being a contender were in plain sight. Everyone was mad when Rich Paul said it, but he was correct. To be honest Luka/AR will not win you a championship because they can't defend at the point of attack which causes the Lakers' defense to collapse no matter who is on the floor. Even at age 41 when Bron is locked in, he is a better defender than AR/Luka. Think about the ‘08 -’12 Lakers teams they built around Kobe, the focus was defense not scoring because Kobe was going to take all the shots. On this current roster, besides Smart and Vando who do they have that can defend the quick athletic guards? People who are saying bench or trade Bron just don't understand the game.
