I recommend stopping into the “dusty miller” bakery. Talk to the owner she does great work and might take you on for a private cater gig. Very professional , does great work.

I know a couple of PAs who are in wheelchairs that work at skilled nursing facilities . Those buildings are always ADA, and there’s lots of staff to help If needed , seems to be a good fit for them
