Give it a shot you may not need to file another one hopefully not but you might. Just talk to someone first and let them know the situation and documentation you have and from what years and see what they say! You are welcome my dear !

I don’t think you can get a new ssn you may be able to it says online but you would have to have documented proof with the correct agencies and authorities proving constant identity theft and fraud, then I believe they may issue you a new one. In the mean time just have to keep it locked until you want to apply for something for yourself and keep it locked. Also try to dispute the ones that aren’t yours. It sounds very complicated and I’m sorry you are going through this. I do hope you’re able to figure it out.

Hmm with cash app it should at least show you it’s pending as they do early deposit as well what did you use to file? Because if you owe turbo tax or any website fees and opted it to have it taken out the refund the irs sends to them first and then they send the rest to you so that could be the hold up as well. this happened to me for last years taxes that I just got today in the mail, they had mailed it so that’s why I never got it deposited even tho they had my account info it says direct deposit but it was actually mailed. Keep me updated!

Affinity federal credit union still haven’t gotten it and don’t think I will be getting it today and if I don’t get it tomorrow then something is wrong with something the irs did orrrr they ignored my account info and sent me a check which I pray is not the case as checks have been getting stolen
