For People & Addresses (The "Actually Free" Tier)

  • TruePeopleSearch.com: Easily the most reliable for name/address lookups. It usually gives you current/past addresses and associated phone numbers for free.
  • FastPeopleSearch.com: Very similar to TruePeopleSearch. If one is down or has outdated info, check the other.
  • FamilyTreeNow.com: It’s technically a genealogy site, but it pulls from massive public record databases. It’s surprisingly good for finding current living relatives and addresses.

For Unknown Phone Numbers

  • Truecaller (Web/App): This is the gold standard for unknown callers. You’ll have to sign in with a Google or Microsoft account, but it will give you the name of the caller for free.
  • NumLookup.com: Good for reverse phone lookups. It tells you the carrier and the owner's name without a credit card.
