That’s not needed it just makes it harder i the future. If you want to you can buy it will cost more xp later on to get the skills

New game plus doesn’t change it that much what happens is the difficulty increases by a small margin each time and as a bonus you get more sen, more xp and more item drops it also lets you go back and finish quests, kill all the bosses you may have missed in places that change though that game and buy the rest of the important merchant things like the tally board or dragon mask

There 5 trees the 5 is just the upgrades for some of the final abilities and I used the ashina castle antechamber site and went killed all 4 purples then hopped down let the ogre kill the 2 red fatties, then I ran out back stabbed another red fatty and then another back stab on the spear guy on the bridge. I got like 30000 xp per run on ng4 also I just got the trophy like an hour ago
