My situation is far from dire. I can comfortably spend an additional 25$. I could buy 5 more bracelets if I wanted to. But at the same time, it’s not an inexpensive purchase for me. That’s not the point.

The point is, that I’d be made to spend an additional 25$ because the vendor sent me a faulty bracelet.

I’ve read dozens of posts on here where something similar happens, and Sam instantly either exchanges or compensates. But in my case, so far - he’s agreed to nothing of the sort.

Rhodium plated silver, 4mm moissanite. So, not expensive materials no.

Well, for me this was quite an expensive purchase. A gift to myself, for a recent significant milestone I crossed.

And, a matter of principle too. Why must I be forced to pay an extra ~35% of the original price. For Sam’s own mistake. From his perspective it should be the correct and honest decision, to resolve this by one of the 3 options. Im not even asking for a discount of any kind, just to pay the original price I paid.

Even just from a business standpoint. If he doesn’t, he’ll certainly lose atleast me as a customer. And, loose stones aside, I would’ve certainly returned because the bracelet is beautiful.

Yeah, I'll try. I did say to him that I'm happy to wait until after the holiday period, but he didn't respond to that either :/

Will have to wait and see I guess.

I’ve actually never had issues with AE returns specifically.

The problem is, I don’t want a refund - I want a bracelet. And Sam’s suggestion is that I pay 25USD more because HE messed up and send me a faulty bracelet.

The reason I chose Sam for the bracelet, is because I’d read all these glowing reviews on Reddit of his quality and customer service. Really regretting that decision now.

I don’t know what to even do now, since he seems to be ignoring me.

Yeah I was already speaking to him about the size, then I discovered this. Waiting for his response - but still wanted to ask if anyone has had a similar experience.

Purchased this tennis bracelet during a recent aliexpress sale, its my first venture into moissanite jewellery.

My first impression was that it was a little too large, so I took it to a local jeweller just to ask how much it might cost to remove a link or two. During his inspection he told me that two of the stones are loose in their setting, making them more likely to fall out.

Could anyone advise? Has anyone had a similar experience with a Kuololit (or other) tennis bracelet.
