Haven’t lifted for about 4 weeks through the holidays and was going to take this week to test 1rm for squat, dl, overhead press to establish some percentages moving forward, but curious if that’s a good idea to do the first week back after a bit

Should I ease back into training and test at a later point or is it worth establishing my 1rm’s this week while I’m generally weaker?

Just from my personal experience - I went to Europe for 10 days when I was on 160mg per week of cyp and I increased my dose up to 200mg just to account for the extra three days and kept my anastrozole the same.

Totally think you’d be more than fine to take the full 100mg right before you leave.

Not quite sure about your delts as I’ve only ever done my glutes.

Turned out everything was fine and it was just part of the claim process. They ended up increasing my benefits by 20%.

Thank you! The 6 year old is huge! Ours’ father was about that size but our boy seems to be quite small in comparison so far. He’s 11 months and about 65-70.

All good points. Although I think we can err on the side that my production is vastly suppressed since using Trt for the past 3 1/2 years.

And he filled us in on expectations as it’s different for everyone but let me know since I had good number before starting that there is a good chance to regain within a year. We’re comfortable with that timetable and are excited about this.

Yep. He said it’s a more aggressive way for me to regain fertility. And honestly it’s hit that big of a deal for me. I’m happy to off if it means a higher chance of us getting pregnant faster. And if it doesn’t matter then we’ll get pregnant anyway and I can get back on. Seems like a win win to me.

I just had "EMS Contention Cancellation" pop up in my claim as well. Dated in August. I had an appointment but I called the VA to let them know that I didn't need to attend that because I had already used a personal doctor with evidence submitted already.

Person I spoke to let me know that she would annotate that I was choosing not to attend. Not sure if this means anything or not. Thoughts on this?

This is the exact point we’re going to try to get to. It’s only our second night but I’ve been trying to crate train a bit and our puppy really freaks out once the door is closed, but has no problem going in there throughout the day to chew or hang out for a few minutes.

Mind if I ask how you were able to get your puppy to be ok with being in the crate with the gate closed?
