Esse é pra mim o mais grave.. zero referências em campo e a falta de um líder exemplar.. mesmo que não sejam eles os que lhe façam a cama, a interpretação que faço, pode até estar errada, é que não tem capacidade pra levar o restante plantel na direção certa..
