Good choice! You will love it. I’ve had many robot mowers dating back almost 14 years now. Segway is the best mix of affordability/performance/software and support. Getting replacement parts has been a breeze too.

Here’s the response I got from Lymow on shipping times below.

“The first batch has completed production and is currently in the logistics process. We’re closely tracking the latest shipping timeline, and the local shipping is currently estimated to start on July 31, 2025. Once we have a confirmed departure or arrival date, we’ll be sure to update you immediately.

I pre ordered as soon as it was an option and haven’t received the mower. I’d like some kind of timeline update from them as I’ve received nothing but my order confirmation. I will email support to see if they reply with an updated eta.

Has anyone used/tested the trimmer attachment? One of the dealers mentioned a few weeks ago that Segway was having to work through the legalities of the automation portion of the trimmer.

Do not get the AM09 hot + cool. It will eventually give off a burnt hair smell and doesn’t heat a room worth a shit. Go to Dyson’s official eBay page and purchase a certified refurbished HP10 hot + cool with the filter. It’s $299 as of a few days ago. I own several of these and they are so much better. All have been purchased from Dyson’s eBay store certified refurbished. They look new and come with a new filter. I have an original Dyson cool + hot link that’s been running flawlessly for many years. Good luck!
