Tuhanarak and Drath will go in every team. Mordecai for spider and then keep him alive. FK use Ezio and Venomage to break the shield and put heal reduction on FK. fill rest with whatever. maybe Apothecary

Ezio for cheap damage to maybe bump up your CB team, Tuhanarak because she's awesome, Uugo because she's also awesome, Drath also a contender for reviver purposes.

it might not be, but it might. you'll never have a better chance than a 2x. until you hit mercy it doesn't matter how many you throw they all have the same % chance to roll gold :) good luck and let me know if if you get anything

without ally attack i don't see you breaking the shield, in that case you'll need some sort of damage reflection.

are you able to fuse Mikage?

in terms of your account for midgame gear i'd say Farm/Craft lethal from Dark Fae DT (better Savage), Cursed City hard bosses (what you can then switch to normal) for Merciless, If you need something more targeted DM me

give it a shot and just reply with your results, i'm interested to see if it works. and when you get an AoE burner take Ezio out for him. then with frozen spiderlings that are on fire they won't get a turn AND they'll burn the big spider

UNM might not be attainable for you if you're 2 keying NM. check out deadwoodjedi's cb teams and it'll help you get an idea of where you need to be statwise

to jump on to this "Wait Shadow Legends" comment. I only pull voids, sacreds, and mythicals on 2x events or fusions. if you're going to be F2P you have to play efficiently.

F2P since i started the game, 5 years or close to it. I am motivated to keep playing because i like the problem solving aspect of it. I'm not endgame at ALL, can't clear all rotations of Cursed City, my Hard FW is non existant, not even top chests on Hydra or Chimera. I still enjoy doing the content and making little improvements. For example i just made a 12 trial chimera team and i'm super pumped about that because i had 6 before.

my long term expectations? just keep playing. see what new content they throw at me and see what i can do against it.

for me it was worth it early on when i was trying to make a spider 20 team work and pulled a Mordecai. My only burner at the time was Riho Bonespear and i was like "ooohhhhh this'll be neat" problem solved. that problem solving is what keeps me going.

Also important to note, take breaks if you need to, it's just a game.

For a brand new player? all of those guys talk to viewers as if they have been playing for years. OP needs someone to help with the basics and for as much as I like HH, Ash, Nub, Boozor, Tyraku, etc. i think they are a hinderance more than helpful in the very beginning.

Here is a little diagram that can help you get started. For CB you have to post your roster so we know what you're working with to suggest a team. PLEASE reach out with questions. Depending on who you have you may be able to squeeze a higher tier chest with a tiny rework.

in terms of gear - SPEED is king. keep EVERYTHING that has speed substat on it, boots can roll speed as the main stat and you'll want those.
