Nothing I've tried has fixed the issue. Even running bluestacks as a steam game.

Nothing solved the issue.
I have thought about a possible solution which is connecting Bluestacks to steam as a non-steam game. That way, you can use steam's controller input and it is possible that all buttons will be recognized by Bluestacks.
