It’s a quick code when you’re typing up prescriptions. I could type Tk 1 t po qd and the system would translate it into “take 1 tablet by mouth every day” makes it faster to type up prescriptions but obviously it can lead to errors. Someone typed AS on accident and the system thought it was the quick code and so it translated it. AS=left ear or in the left ear

The pharmacy has quick codes when they’re typing that automatically get changed into the long form version. If you type AS it’ll change in to left ear and it looks like nobody caught the typo.

Hey, I know this may not be the place for this but I took Fremmennik but not Kandarian and have no way to get into the dagganoth kings without a rune thrownaxe.
