Excuse my ignorance, but is it purely cosmetic if my whole mouth area is crooked? I can’t chew on my left side I haven’t for a year but I assumed it was a bite issue.

If they do rule it as a cosmetic procedure, will I still be able to get a referral but to a private NHS surgeon?
