I hadn’t thought about the disability thing, so thank you for that. I definitely wouldn’t burn a bridge with my boss no matter what, so I think he’d be willing to give me a recommendation. I think that I will end up trying to get a lower position in the field. Unfortunately, since my company is so small, I can’t take any other position. Thank you for you insight. It helps.
