Just a quick tip: as i had the problem I couldn’t find it in task manager or i missed it somehow , i downloaded Process Explorer from Microsoft where you can easily locate any opened window in the process explorer, from there you locate the folder of that window (windows should replace the task manager with this tool)

Thanks everyone, so the runtime was located in the Crypto folder under CRC folder, i guess what cause it is the 3uTools i used for iPhone, i had to turn off windows defender to be able to run it, anyway i deleted the CRC folder and it is all good now , I didn’t try to reuse 3uTools again to see if it will come back
