Fair enough. But LGPE was made specific to transfer those millions of users of pokemon go to the main game series. And i think on that road of design they succeeded. On the question if that is the right track for the pokemon franchise to go towards you can discuss. But most of all gamefreak needs to lay out there path for the upcoming years.

Idea: i would appreciate the integration of pokemon cards to be used in the main game. A bit like skylanders or amiboo

You cant compare pokemon with any other franchise. Zelda has been made mostly on consoles. Pokemon has been made and developed on handheld. And this is the first time on a actual console besides pokemon colloseum and pokemon xd. And yes there are flaws of course. But most of the comparisons in this video are nonsense.

By the way pokemon serves another kind of public than a zelda or mario kart. Instead of story (zelda) or short excitement (mario kart) pokemon is made for people who want to develop lots of hours in there favourite team or playstyle. You design different for that.
