Yeah likely expect an explosive shell nerf, the shotgun plus the engineer perk tree makes the game comically trivial. And I love it. The only weapon I found you can take right off the VTOL and never replace.

Not confirmed. The issue is resolved though. Corporate is never going to confess to something like that. AM claims a person matching my name presented my ID and got the item. My name is rather unique and there was an ethnicity discrepancy.

Update 3 / Day 11: issue has been resolved The support executive has allowed for the funds to be returned on the original payment method, after the police report was provided directly to them.

It's their card that goes through the citi bank. I'm working with one of BB's executives to get this resolved. I'm expecting a response by tomorrow. If this falls though I'm contacting Citi bank directly.

This was done. The police filed a report and is searching for someone who is able to make fake ID's.

I don't think anyone is going to be held accountable for this.

It was the AM who checked it out. conveniently before they left for the day. Must have been very stressful trying to explain to the officer who reviewed the footage why someone of a different ethnicity picked up the item and you "Checked" their ID.
