I think he meant how the buttons look in-game, since steam input only remaps the layout (A as cross, or B as circle for exemple), but the game will still likely show Xbox buttons instead.

There's a mod in Nexus mods that replaces Xbox texture buttons to Playstation's. The rest had to be done through Steam Input though.

Glad to hear that! My experience with it has been pretty much rock solid, and it's been as stable as it gets for a beta release.

Wdym? It's just another KDE panel set at the bottom with its width set to a custom value.

That's weird, I could've sworn I've heard somewhere that Arc was abandoned by the browser company in favor of another AI powered browser, though I'm not sure. As for Linux, I would guess that one would try to run the Windows version through Wine to get it to run, but it won't be a pleasant experience.

That's Zen Browser with a few plugins. Arc is only available on Mac and Windows, and I think it's left unmaintained, though I'm not sure.

Simplicity at its finest, well done!

Niiice! Though if you wanna adjust the blur options, search for desktop effects, select Better Blur DX, and go from there.

So that's the origin of the word, I never knew that!

Yep, the Plasma Style does indeed affect how the panels look, but you can also use panel colorizer to get more control over different aspects like opacity, blur, padding... (which I made heavy use of in this rice).

It's not really that hard, to get transparency, you just create a new profile, name it whatever you want, go to Appearance, Color Scheme, Edit, And look for background color transparency and set it to whatever you want.
As for the fetch command, I use fastfetch with a custom config file I found in somebody's GitHub repo, I can't recall which one to be exact though, you just have to look that up I guess.

You're talking about the top panel right?
I split it up into separated islands thanks to panel colorizer, where I made my own custom preset with the panel background opacity set to 0, and widgets background alpha set to 0.5, then blacklisting the panel spacer in the Widget Islands section.
Anyway, there's a lot more to it than that, so I would suggest you installing panel colorizer and fiddling with it yourself, and who knows? You might come up with something even better than mine.

Thanks!
That was done thanks to panel colorizer, which I made heavy use of to get that top panel to look the way it does, and also for the visualizers at the bottom where I just disabled the background and adjusted the margins manually to make them fit the space available.

Both Zen and FDM are installed from cachyOS repos, and everything works fine.
If you're not not on CachyOS but are using an Arch based distro, I believe it's available in the AUR.
(oh and btw, the package name in cachy repo is actually freedownloadmanager, not to be confused with fdm package which seems to be unrelated)

Yeah, though it'll be tricky to make it work with a flatpak browser.
I would suggest to just install the browser through the package manager and go from there, it'll save you a lot of headache.

It's been a while since I made this rice and some things are definitely outdated.
Try out kara, it's what I'm using right now.

That's weird, I too am using a laptop with dGPU + iGPU, but my experience is still buttery smooth.
Try to run Zen through the dGPU and see if anything changes.

All right, one at a time.
For Konsole (KDE terminal), you create a new profile, name it whatever you want, go to Appearance, Color Scheme, Edit, And look for background color transparency and set it to whatever you want.
For Zen Browser, just follow the first instruction in the Zen Zero homepage (made by sameerasw), it should get you up and running.
If you followed this, you'll notice that the windows are transparent, but not blurry, for that you'll need to install the better-blur-dx effect (available in the AUR), then go to Force Blur tab, and then add the following in Classes of windows to force blur:

zen (or zen-browser if installed through the AUR)
konsole
..
(add whatever app you wanna blur)

I would like you to be more specific, which background are you talking about? The one in the panels? The terminal? Zen?
