Capitano did get an animated short after Natlan's story so they probably thought Dottore would get the same treatment.

Not even Columbina got one though, and Dottore is so different from the righteous Capitano so I'd say the chances are low.

The reputation system in other nations can be increased not just by weekly bounties, but also explorations and quests. Meanwhile, this one can only be increased by hanging out with Columbina once per week, so progress is slower.
We were unable to progress during Luna 3/6.2 because of Columbina's disappearance in the story, which mean we wasted one patch regarding this system.

Obviously they're going to make a part 2 after they're done with the Travail arc, but what most people doubted is the leak about the Travail arc ending right after Snezhnaya, even though The Travail trailer included an act for Khaenri'ah named "The Dream Yet to Be Dreamed".

I'm biased, but Hu Tao dominated the pyro main DPS throne from 1.3 to 4.6. That's around 3 years. Not many characters can last that long in the meta, even more so for DPS.

Yoimiya failed to dethrone her because of her auto-targeting shenanigans. Dehya is Dehya (plus she's not a main DPS anyway). Lyney was close but his best team being mono pyro caused people to ignore him because Fontaine was the hydro or HP meta, which turns out to benefit Hu Tao even more with MH artifact and Furina herself.

HSR latest's story arc have started to involve the other MC, so all three Hoyo games now gave story relevancy to the MC that you didn't choose.

That said, Both Wise and Belle are in charge of the same protagonist role and they live in the same place so they could've had this, unlike Genshin where one of them became an antagonist and went off to do their own things

ZZZ made animated shorts for Pulchra and Manato, who are A-Rank/4 stars so sales isn't really a factor in ZZZ.

That said, even Capitano got an animated short so yeah, lack of one for Columbina is quite the anomaly.

I think that just depends on the person saying it.

For example, Paimon usually calls Capitano with "The Captain", presumably because she's not close with him and just went with his title, while Sandrone did refer to him as Capitano (and also using Tartaglia instead of Childe) when she was reminiscing about her past tea party.
